A link will not open

Send the exact error text you saw, and which of the eight TeraBox domains the link was on. The wording of the error tells us the cause immediately; a description of the symptom rarely does. Please do not send private share links you would rather not have read.

A figure looks wrong

Tell us the page and the number. We will re-run the measurement and correct it in the open, with the change recorded in that page's update history. See the methodology page for how the figures are produced.

Copyright

Use the same address, and follow the checklist on the copyright page. Notices that name specific share links are acted on fastest, because those are the only ones we can act on precisely.
