Step by step
Paste the TeraBox link
Copy the share link your client sent and paste it into TeraSaver on Android, iOS or desktop. Links from any of the eight TeraBox domains work. A leading 1 in the code is often not part of the code itself.
Wait for file list
After pasting, the file list appears quickly. In our run the median time to file list was 2.5 s across 41 links on mixed 4G and fibre. If you see a 504, the source did not answer in time; wait and retry.
Handle nested folders one level at a time
Shares can contain nested folders, and TeraSaver walks them one level at a time. Open each folder to see what is inside. File metadata is readable without signing in, so no TeraBox credentials are ever entered.
Start the download
The final download address is served by the source CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device and never passes through TeraSaver. In testing, a 349 MB file took 7 m 53 s to download at 5.9 MB/s.
Resume or seek if interrupted
The final CDN address answers range requests, so a download manager can resume and a player can seek. If you get a 429, that is a rate limit and clears after a short wait. A 403 means the share itself is refusing access, not a typo.

Why this works
Public TeraBox shares expose their file metadata without a login, so TeraSaver can read the folder tree and file names the same way any visitor would. The actual download does not go through the tool: the final address is served by the source CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device. That address supports range requests, which is how a video player can seek and a download manager can resume. No TeraBox credentials are ever entered, and the original share owner controls deletion and password protection. In practice this means the tool only bridges the link — the heavy lifting stays where the file lives.

When it does not work
The page shows "This link is password protected."
The share owner has locked the link with a password. This is a 401 PASSWORD_REQUIRED response, and it is not retryable.
Ask the owner for the password. There is no way around it, and TeraSaver will not try to bypass it.
The page shows "This file has been deleted at the source."
The owner removed the file, so the share returns a 410 SHARE_DELETED response. The share cannot be recovered by any tool.
Contact the owner and ask them to re-share the file. Nothing else can bring the original link back.
The page shows "Too many requests. Please try again shortly."
You hit a rate limit. The server returns a 429 RATE_LIMITED response, and it clears on its own after a short wait.
Wait a few minutes and try the link again. If you have filled the anonymous daily limit of 3 links, you can wait until the next day or sign in with a free account for a limit of 10.
The page shows "The source took too long to respond."
The source CDN did not answer in time. This is a 504 UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT response, and it is not related to the speed of your own connection.
Wait a bit and retry the link. If the source stays down, there is nothing you can do from your side.
Limits worth knowing
- TeraSaver works without signing in, but anonymous visitors can only open 3 share links per day. A free TeraBox account raises that to 10, but you would have to sign in on the TeraBox site to get the higher limit.
- The page does not speed up downloads. The final address is served straight from the source CDN, and on the test connection a 349 MB file took 7 m 53 s at 5.9 MB/s. On a slower connection it will be slower. If you need reliable resuming or seeking, use a download manager or a video player that supports range requests instead, because the CDN address supports those even though the TeraSaver page itself is not a player.
- Password-protected shares and deleted shares are dead ends. A 401 PASSWORD_REQUIRED can only be opened with the password from the owner, and a 410 SHARE_DELETED means the file no longer exists at the source. No tool, TeraSaver included, can recover a deleted share.
Safety, privacy and rights
TeraSaver sees public metadata only: file names, folder structure, and the direct download address. It never receives the file content, and it does not store your files or your TeraBox login. A share locked by its owner cannot be opened by anyone without the password, no matter which tool is used. The owner decides whether a share stays public; if they delete it, the link stops working. Your responsibility is to use links you are allowed to access.
