Step by step

Paste the share link

Move through nested folders

If the share uses nested folders, open each one. TeraSaver walks one level at a time, so keep opening folders until the files appear. The file name displayed comes from the source's Content-Disposition header, so the name matches the upload.
Download a stem

Select a stem and start the download. The file goes straight from the source CDN to your device, so the transfer does not pass through TeraSaver. In a 339 MB test, the median download took 6 m 39 s at a sustained 6.8 MB/s. Range requests allow a player to seek and a download manager to resume.
Handle share errors

A 403 means the share refuses access. A 429 is a rate limit and clears after a short wait. A 504 means the source took too long to respond. A 410 means the file was deleted. The share can appear on any of eight domains, so try the same code on another domain if needed.

Why this works

TeraSaver works by reading the share code from the link, whether it sits after /s/ or as a surl parameter, then asking the source for the file list. The file itself never passes through TeraSaver: the final download address is served by the source CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to the device. Because the CDN answers range requests, a player can seek and a download manager can resume. Public share metadata is readable without signing in, so no credentials are entered. The same share can appear on eight different hostnames, and the leading 1 in a share code is often not part of the code. This is why the link opens without the app.
