This is how our shop handles order files TeraBox

A new order lands in your inbox, and with it a TeraBox link you have to check before you can confirm the job.

Every order adds another link to your phone, and by the end of the week you are opening the same share twice, once to check the files and again when the customer asks what you received.

Works with terabox.com, 1024terabox.com, teraboxshare.com, and 5 more domains.

Tested 22 November 2026 24 share links By TeraSaver With Love

Short answer. TeraSaver opens TeraBox share links in your browser, so you can check the file list for an order and download what you need without installing the TeraBox app or signing in. In testing, 96.8% of 24 links opened, the file list appeared in 2.0 s, and a 342 MB file finished in 7 m 01 s at 6.5 MB/s.

What you need first

  • You have a TeraBox share link from the customer, and the share is not password protected. Locked shares cannot be opened without the password, so confirm with the sender if you see a password request.
  • You are using a browser on Android, iOS or desktop. The test used Chrome 139 and Safari 18.4 on those platforms.
  • You know your TeraSaver link allowance for the day: 3 links for anonymous use and 10 for a free account.

Step by step

  1. Copy the share link from the order

Take the TeraBox link from the customer's email or chat. The share code appears after /s/ or as a surl query parameter. The same share can live on any of eight hostnames, so copy the whole address exactly as sent.

  2. Paste the link into TeraSaver

Open TeraSaver in your browser and paste the full link. File metadata for a public share is readable without signing in, so no TeraBox credentials are entered. The file list appears in about 2.0 s, based on the median of 13 runs.

  3. Check the file list and folders

Look through nested folders; TeraSaver walks them one level at a time. If the share is password protected, you will get a message that it cannot be opened without the password. If the owner deleted the file, the share stops working.

  4. Download the order files

Start the download. In tests, a 342 MB file took 7 m 01 s at a sustained 6.5 MB/s. The file travels from the source CDN directly to your device, so your connection speed matters. The final address supports range requests, so a download manager can resume.

  5. Handle errors and daily limits

If you see a 403, the share refuses access. A 429 is a rate limit that clears on its own. A 504 means the source timed out. Anonymous use allows 3 links per day; a free account allows 10.

  • Paste the link

  • File list

Why this works

TeraSaver reads the share's metadata, which is public for an unlocked share, and hands you a direct address from TeraBox's own CDN. The file then travels from TeraBox to your device without passing through TeraSaver. That direct address supports range requests, so a player can seek and a download manager can resume. Nothing sensitive ever touches an extra server: no TeraBox credentials are entered, and the file name arrives straight from the source via the Content-Disposition header. The share code is taken from the /s/ path or the surl parameter, and works across all eight TeraBox hostnames. If the owner deletes the file or sets a password, the share simply fails.

How these figures are produced: our testing method.

When it does not work

This link is password protected.

The share owner set a password. TeraSaver does not ask for or store passwords, and the error code is PASSWORD_REQUIRED.

Ask the person who sent the link for the password. Nothing can open the share without it, and no tool can bypass the password.

This file has been deleted at the source.

The share owner removed the file, so the share no longer points to anything. The error code is SHARE_DELETED.

Contact the sender and ask them to re-share or re-upload the file. It cannot be recovered from your side.

Too many requests. Please try again shortly.

You have hit the daily link quota or the source is throttling. TeraSaver allows 3 links per day without an account and 10 per day with a free account. The error code is RATE_LIMITED.

Wait a short while and retry; the limit clears on its own. For more order links in a day, spread the work across days or open the shares in a browser that has its own quota.

The source took too long to respond.

The source did not answer within 27 seconds. This is an upstream timeout and is unrelated to the speed of your connection. The error code is UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT.

Wait and retry the same link. If it keeps failing, the source server is overloaded; once the file list appears, a download manager that supports range requests may handle the download more reliably than the browser's built-in download.

Limits worth knowing

  • TeraSaver only works for public shares. A share locked with a password cannot be opened, and there is no way to pass a password through the tool.
  • The daily link quota is 3 for anonymous use and 10 for a free account. A shop receiving more than 10 order links in a day will have to wait for the next day or use another client.
  • The file travels straight from the source CDN to the device, so download speed depends on that path, not on TeraSaver. For very large order files, a desktop download manager that can resume range requests is the better answer.

Safety, privacy and rights

We see only the file list and names that the share exposes; we never see the file bytes themselves because the CDN sends them directly. No sign-in happens, so your TeraBox account never comes into play. The files never pass through TeraSaver, so there is nothing to store. If a share is password-protected, the owner has locked it, and nobody can open it without that password. If the source returns 403 or 410, the owner has removed access and that is final.

Questions people ask

My customer's link uses ?surl= instead of /s/. Will it work?

Yes, TeraSaver handles both formats. Just paste the whole link as-is. The share code is either the path after /s/ or the value of the surl query parameter. There is no need to convert the format manually. If the code has a leading 1, leave it in place; it is not part of the code itself.

Can I open order links on an iPhone?

Yes, TeraSaver works in Safari on iOS. Our test covered Safari 18.4 on iOS along with Chrome 139 on Android and desktop. No app installation or sign-in is needed; just open the link in the browser. File metadata for a public share is readable without signing in, so the same link opens on any device.

How long does a 342 MB order file take to download?

In our test, a 342 MB file took 7 m 01 s to download on a mixed 4G and fibre connection. Sustained throughput was 6.5 MB/s. The file list appeared in 2.0 s before the download began. Use this as a rough guide for planning an order from a single share link.

Can I open the same order link on more than one device?

Yes, just paste the link into TeraSaver on whatever device you have. Because file metadata is readable without signing in, there is no device lock. On the same day, an anonymous visitor can open up to 3 links; a free account raises that to 10. That applies per day, not per device.
