Step by step
Copy the full share link
Copy the entire TeraBox share link from the WhatsApp chat. The link's code appears either as a path segment after /s/ or as a surl query parameter. A leading 1 is sometimes included but is not part of the code itself, so copy the whole URL exactly as sent.
Open TeraSaver and paste

Why this works
Each TeraBox share link carries a code either after /s/ or in the surl parameter, and the same code may appear on any of eight hostnames. When TeraSaver reads a public share, file metadata is available without signing in, so no credentials are ever entered. The actual download address comes from TeraBox's own CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device and never passes through a TeraSaver server. That CDN answers range requests, so a video player can seek and a download manager can resume. A 403 means the share itself refuses access; a 429 clears after a short wait; a 504 means the source was slow, not your connection.
