So you want to download a TeraBox video on your iPhone
That TeraBox video link is sitting unopened in Messages, and the page keeps pushing the app install before showing anything.
The iPhone won't play it in the browser without a nudge. Downloads land in Files first, and Safari cannot resume a dropped download, so a whole file must be re-fetched.

Step by step
Open the TeraBox link in Safari
Paste the share link into Safari's address bar and press go. The file list appears without signing in. If the share is password-protected, you will see 'This link is password protected' and the file cannot be opened without that password.
Find the video in the file list
Browse the list. If the share contains nested folders, they are walked one level at a time. Tap folders to go deeper. Use the file names to find your video. Only one file can download per tap, so choose the video you want.
Tap download for the video
Tap the download button next to the video. Safari starts the download and shows a download arrow in the address bar. The file downloads straight from TeraBox's CDN to your device, and never passes through TeraSaver. Leave Safari open until it completes.
Open Files after download finishes
When the download completes, open the Files app. The file is under On My iPhone, then Downloads. iOS saves the whole file before it can be played, so make sure it is fully downloaded. An interrupted download cannot be resumed; you would have to start again.
Save MP4 or MOV to Photos
For MP4 and MOV files, tap the file to play it. To keep it in your library, use Share then Save Video. Photos will accept these formats. For MKV or AVI, this will not work because iOS has no built-in MKV playback and Photos will not accept an MKV file.
Use VLC for MKV and AVI
For MKV or AVI files, open the file with a third-party player such as VLC. Tap Share and choose the player. These formats play on iOS once opened in VLC, but they will not reach the Photos app.

- MKV and AVI files will not play in the Photos app and cannot be saved to your gallery. You need a third-party player such as VLC, so for those formats another app is the better answer.
