Step by step
Copy the TeraBox share link
Open the TeraBox share page you received. Copy its full URL from the address bar. A share link carries its code either as a path segment after /s/ or as a surl query parameter. Keep the whole link; the code matters.

Why this works
The reason this works is that TeraBox public shares are already open. The share link carries a code either in the path after /s/ or as the surl parameter. TeraSaver reads that code, talks to the same endpoints the app would use, and gets the file list and the final download address. File metadata for a public share is readable without signing in, so no credentials are ever entered. The final address is served by the source CDN. That means the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device and never passes through TeraSaver. The CDN answers range requests, so a player can seek and a download manager can resume. Even the file name comes from the source through the Content-Disposition header. If a share is locked with a password, nothing can open it without that password. If the owner deleted the file, the share stops working. When a share opens, you see the contents listed one level at a time, including nested folders.
