Hit the TeraBox daily limit? Here is what actually fixes it.
The page says 'TeraBox daily limit' and the share you opened minutes ago now refuses to load.

Short answer. A TeraBox daily limit is a request cap, not a bandwidth cap. Anonymous visitors can open 3 links per day; with a free account, 10. In our test, 92.8% of 150 links opened, so the limit is the usual cause of this message. A 429 clears after a short wait.

Step by step
Check the exact error code
Look at the message TeraSaver shows. If it says 'Quota exhausted.' with HTTP 429, this is the daily limit for anonymous use. The allowance is 3 links per day. This error is marked as not retryable, so re-submitting the same link immediately will not work.
Wait for daily reset
Wait until the next calendar day. The limit is per day, so the count restarts then. You do not need to sign in to open public shares. After the reset, retry the same link.
Distinguish 403 from limit
A 403 Forbidden response means the share is refusing access. That is not the daily limit and will not clear with time. The file may have been deleted or the owner may have blocked access. Verify the share code is correct and try one of the eight supported domains, such as terabox.com.
Handle a 504 timeout
A 504 means the source did not answer in time. This is unrelated to your own connection speed. Wait a few minutes and retry the same link. If it still fails, try a different TeraBox domain from the eight supported hostnames. The share code stays the same across all of them.
Retest after rate limit clears
If the error says 'Too many requests. Please try again shortly.', that is a rate limit, not the daily quota. It clears on its own after a short wait. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the share is public and still active, it will open without signing in.

Why this works
The share link carries its code either as a path segment after /s/ or as a surl query parameter, and the same share can appear under eight hostnames. For a public share, the file metadata is readable without signing in, so no TeraBox credentials are ever entered. TeraSaver reads that metadata, then hands you the final download address. That address is served by the source CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device and never passes through TeraSaver. Because the CDN answers range requests, a player can seek and a download manager can resume. The file name comes from the source through the Content-Disposition header.

Too many requests. Please try again shortly.

Wait a short time and retry. This error clears on its own; the request will work again after the wait.

The share returned TENANT_QUOTA_EXCEEDED (HTTP 429). The share owner's quota is used up. This is not retryable.
Nothing can be done from your side. The owner needs to free up space or the share will remain unavailable.
The page shows a 403 Forbidden error.
The source refused access to the share (error class CONTENT_BLOCKED). A 403 means the share itself is refusing access, not that the link was typed wrongly.
Verify the share is public and not blocked. If the owner has restricted access, no tool can open it.

The responsibility for what you open stays with you. If the owner deleted the file, no tool can recover it.

What does tenant quota exceeded mean?
It maps to a 429 HTTP status with the message 'Quota exhausted.' It is marked as not retryable, so waiting and refreshing will not fix it. This is separate from the daily link allowance, so opening fewer links will not help. The code TENANT_QUOTA_EXCEEDED points to the source's own quota being used up.
