Read the error code on the page

Handle deleted or missing shares

A TeraBox share is a public endpoint. The share code identifies the folder, and the file list is fetched from that endpoint without credentials. Once you pick a file, the final download address is served directly by the source CDN, so the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device and never passes through TeraSaver. That direct path also supports range requests, which is why a player can seek and a download manager can resume. The filename comes from the source's Content-Disposition header. Because the metadata is public, no sign-in is ever entered. Any share that is genuinely public opens the same way across all eight supported domains, since the share code is identical no matter which hostname carries the link.

Limits worth knowing
- A password-protected share cannot be opened by any tool, including TeraSaver, without the owner's password.
- Anonymous access is limited to 3 share links per day; a free account raises that to 10. There is no way to increase it further on this page.
- Downloads are served directly from the source CDN, so your speed is bound by the source and your own connection; in our test, sustained throughput was 17.3 MB/s. For very large files, a download manager that supports pause and resume is the better answer, because the source answers range requests.
Safety, privacy and rights
Only the public share metadata is used to build the direct link. The file bytes are fetched by your device straight from the source CDN, so they never pass through TeraSaver. No TeraBox credentials are ever entered, because public metadata is readable without signing in. A share locked with a password cannot be opened by anyone without that password, and a deleted share cannot be recovered. If the source answers with a 403, the share itself is refusing access.
