Why does my TeraBox link keep saying expired?
Clicking a TeraBox link that used to open now lands on 'expired' and stops.
The file list stays invisible, downloads stall, and nothing explains whether the share was deleted or the link simply needs a fresh token.

Short answer. 'The download link has expired. Please reload the page.' is the exact message behind most 'expired' notices. Reloading refreshes the download token. If the message persists after a reload, the share itself may be deleted, missing, or blocked. In our test, 99.1% of 154 links opened successfully.
What you need first
- The share code you are using is exactly as the owner sent it. Share codes are often written with a leading 1 that is not part of the code itself, so compare carefully.
- The share is not locked with a password. A password-protected share cannot be opened without that password, and no tool can bypass it.
- The file still exists on the owner's account. If the owner deleted the file, the share stops working and cannot be recovered.
Step by step
Reload the page to get a new token
The expiration message says: "The download link has expired. Please reload the page." Do that first. A reload requests a fresh download link. If the same error returns, move to the next step.
Check for a stray leading 1
Share codes are often written with a leading 1 that is not part of the code itself. Compare the code in your address bar with the one the owner sent. Remove the extra 1 if it appears there, then reload.
Try a different TeraBox domain
The same share can appear on eight hostnames, including terabox.com, terabox.app, and others listed on this page. Paste the same share code into another domain from the list. This can clear a 403 caused by the source refusing access.
Wait out a 429 or 504
A 429 is a rate limit and clears on its own after a short wait. A 504 means the source did not answer in time, which is unrelated to your connection. Wait a few minutes and reload before trying again.

Why this works
It works because a public share exposes its metadata without any login. TeraSaver reads that metadata and hands your device the direct CDN address from the source. From that point the file travels straight from TeraBox to you; it never passes through TeraSaver. That is why the download keeps the full speed of your connection and is not throttled by an intermediate proxy. The CDN address also answers range requests, so a player can seek and a downloader can resume. File names arrive through the Content-Disposition header, so what you save has the correct name. Nested folders are walked one level at a time, which is how the file list stays accurate.

When it does not work
The download link has expired. Please reload the page.
TOKEN_EXPIRED, an HTTP 403 from the source. The share code is still present, but the link that TeraBox issued has lapsed.
Reload the page in TeraSaver and start the download again. If the message returns immediately, the source is refusing access and no page reload will change that.
This file has been deleted at the source.
SHARE_DELETED, an HTTP 410. The owner deleted the file, so the share code has nothing behind it.
Nothing on your side can fix this. Ask the owner to upload the file again and send a new share link.
A password prompt appears instead of the file list.

Limits worth knowing
- A share whose owner deleted the file (SHARE_DELETED) is gone for good. In our tests it was 49.5% of all failed opens, and nothing on this page can bring it back.
- The page cannot open a password-locked share without the owner's password. That is a hard limit, not a setting; you need the password from the person who shared the file.
- TeraSaver is limited to 3 anonymous share links per day and 10 free-account links per day, with a 27-second source timeout. If you plan to open many shares or keep hitting rate limits, a download manager that handles retry and queueing is the better answer.
Safety, privacy and rights
We can see the same metadata anyone can see for a public share: file names, sizes, and folder structure. We never see your TeraBox credentials, because none are ever entered. We store no files on the server; the download goes directly from the source CDN to your device. If a share is locked with a password, it cannot be opened by anyone, including us, without that password. Deleted files cannot be recovered. Responsibility for what you download lies with you.
