Confirm the share code is present
The link carries its code either as a path segment after /s/ or as a surl query parameter. If neither is there, TeraSaver reports 'We couldn't find a share code in this link.' Use the URL exactly as sent; a leading 1 is often not part of the code.
Retry after a short wait
A 504 means the source did not answer in time and is unrelated to the speed of your own connection. A 429 is a rate limit and clears on its own after a short wait. Refresh after a pause, then try the same link again.
Check if the owner deleted the file
SHARE_DELETED means the owner deleted the file, and it occurs in 24.0% of failed opens. No tool can recover a deleted share. Ask the sender for a fresh link or confirm they have not removed the content.
Use the password when one is set
PASSWORD_REQUIRED is the largest cause at 36.4%. The owner locked the share, and nothing can open it without that password. If you were sent a password, enter it when the source asks. Without it, no file list will appear.
