Short answer. TeraBox is not down as a platform. In a test of 170 share links across all 8 TeraBox domains, 91.5% opened. When a share fails, the usual causes are owner deletion, a password on the share, or an expired share code. A 403 means the share itself refuses access; a 429 clears on its own.

- You have the full share link exactly as the sender provided it, including the code after /s/ or in the surl parameter.
- Your daily TeraSaver link allowance is not used up: 3 for anonymous visits, 10 for a free account.

Step by step
Identify the error on the screen
Look at the error message shown by TeraSaver. The table lists six causes: SHARE_DELETED, PASSWORD_REQUIRED, SHARE_NOT_FOUND, UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT, RATE_LIMITED, and CONTENT_BLOCKED. Match your message to one of these. The correct fix depends solely on which code appears.
Deleted share: ask for a new link
If you see SHARE_DELETED, the owner deleted the file. No tool can restore it, and retrying will not help. Contact the person who shared the link and ask them to re-upload or share a different file. Once a share is deleted, it stays deleted.
Password required: get it from the owner
The share is locked with a password set by its owner. No tool can open it without the password. Ask the owner for the password and enter it when prompted. If the owner does not give it, the file cannot be accessed.
Share not found: verify the code
SHARE_NOT_FOUND means there is no file behind the code in the link. Check that you copied the entire link, especially the part after /s/ or the surl parameter. A common mistake is a leading 1 that is not part of the code; remove it and try again.
For temporary and blocked errors, act correctly
RATE_LIMITED (429) clears after a short wait. UPSTREAM_TIMEOUT (504) and UPSTREAM_ERROR (502) mean the source did not answer in time, unrelated to your connection. CONTENT_BLOCKED (403) means the share refuses access; ask the owner to fix it. For SERVICE_DEGRADED (503), wait for maintenance to end.

Why this works
TeraSaver reads the public metadata of a share link, finds the file list, then hands you the final download address that TeraBox's own CDN serves. That address is what matters: the file travels straight from TeraBox to your device, so TeraSaver is not a relay and cannot slow the transfer down. The CDN answers range requests, so a player can seek and a download manager can resume. Because the metadata for a public share is readable without signing in, no TeraBox credentials are ever entered. The share code travels either as a path segment after /s/ or as a surl query parameter, and the same share can appear under eight different hostnames, all of which TeraSaver accepts.

When it does not work
The source is having issues.

There is nothing you can do from this side. The owner has restricted the share; ask them to unblock it or provide a different link.

Wait a while and try again; the limit clears on its own.
Limits worth knowing
- This page opens up to 3 anonymous share links per day. After that, the rate limit blocks further requests. Using a free account on the source service raises the daily limit to 10 links, so for heavy use the source client is the better option.
- A share locked with a password set by its owner cannot be opened without that password. No tool, including this one, can bypass it; you must get the password from the owner.
- When the owner deletes the file, the share stops working and cannot be recovered by any tool. If you see SHARE_DELETED, the file is gone.
Safety, privacy and rights
We can see the share metadata: file names, sizes, and the direct CDN link for a public share. We do not store the files or keep a copy of the content; the download happens directly between TeraBox and your device. TeraSaver never receives the file bytes.
