Step by step
Wait out the 429 rate limit
A 429 is a rate limit and clears on its own after a short wait. If the page shows 'Too many requests. Please try again shortly.', give it a short time before opening the share link again. Do not keep refreshing in a loop.
Confirm the failure is actually rate limiting
In a test of 131 share links, RATE_LIMITED caused only 7.4% of failures. SHARE_DELETED caused 49.0% and PASSWORD_REQUIRED caused 23.6%. If the error text mentions deletion or a password, waiting will not help; the cause needs a different fix.
Respect the daily anonymous link limit
TeraSaver allows 3 anonymous share links per day. If you have already opened several shares, the next one may return a 429. Wait for the daily allowance to reset, then open only the link you need.
Verify the share code

Why this works
When you hit a rate limit, the source is answering 429 Too Many Requests because too many requests landed in a short window. This is not a broken link and it is not a problem with your connection. The limit clears on its own after a short wait, so retrying after a pause is the actual fix. The file itself travels straight from the TeraBox CDN to your device, never through TeraSaver, which is why a later attempt still fetches the same file.
